Updated favicons for TVJ. Added ele.ico, elephant.ico, vj-icw.ico, vj-icw_bck.ico and favicon.ico Most based (generally) on the Papyrus script, VJ and Elephant icons serve as the official logos of TVJ-online collection of sites.
